• Product colours may appear slightly different due to your mobile or computer screen settings.
• Handcrafted products may have minor variations in colour, texture, weaving, or design. These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

All prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

We reserve the right to:

• Change product prices without prior notice.
• Correct pricing errors.
• Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing due to technical or human error.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

• The product is unavailable.
• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• The order cannot be fulfilled for any valid reason.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded.

We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations.

We do not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking details.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns are accepted only under the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns can be requested if:

• The product is damaged.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The colour, design, or material is different from what was ordered.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

If you wish to return a product simply because you no longer want it or do not like it, a flat ₹150 will be deducted from your refund towards return courier charges.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

For cancellation requests, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

While using our website, you agree that you will not:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
